I work on AI agents and automation, custom web applications, Shopify and WordPress websites, and improvements to existing e-commerce experiences. I also bring practical experience in conversion optimisation, technical SEO, Google Ads, Meta and Klaviyo.
I am based in Romford, Essex, and work with businesses across London, Essex and the wider UK. My independent projects are mostly for small and medium-sized businesses, alongside my role leading e-commerce, web development and digital marketing at GADCET.
Yes. You work directly with me on the project scope, design and development. We agree the communication and review process before the work begins.
Tell me about your business, what you want to build or improve, and what a useful result would look like. Include your current website or tool if there is one, plus any important deadline. You do not need a technical specification.
Each project is scoped individually. Cost depends on the number and complexity of the pages or features, the integrations, content requirements and the state of the existing setup. I provide a quote against agreed deliverables before work begins.
Timing depends on scope, content readiness, integrations and review turnaround. I agree milestones with you after discovery. If you have a fixed launch date, mention it in the first conversation so it can shape the plan.
Yes. A focused audit or a specific improvement can be the right answer. I can review navigation, product pages, mobile layouts, performance and forms, then prioritise the changes that are worth making.
We discuss the change, its effect on the existing plan and any additional cost or timing before proceeding. Keeping a clear scope makes it easier to adapt without losing sight of the original goal.
Yes. I build and improve Shopify stores, WordPress websites and WooCommerce experiences. I also build custom applications with React and TypeScript when the project calls for a more specific interface or workflow.
We identify a repeatable task, the information it needs and what a good result looks like. Then we define the workflow, integrations and review points. The goal is a useful tool with understandable behaviour, rather than adding AI without a clear purpose.
Yes. Review and approval can be part of the workflow, particularly where the system suggests content or changes to business data. We define what can happen automatically and what needs a person to decide.
The interactive playgrounds use clearly labelled sample data to demonstrate the experience. They do not access a live customer account or make changes to a real store. Individual project pages describe the scope of the work shown.
Where a content management system is part of the project, I plan the page templates and editable content around the updates your team actually needs to make. The handover covers the agreed editing workflow.
Yes. My experience includes technical and on-page SEO, Google Ads, Meta campaigns, GA4, conversion optimisation and Klaviyo. We can include the relevant work in the scope or plan it as a separate engagement.
Ongoing support and improvement work can be agreed around a defined set of priorities. We discuss the responsibilities, scope and communication so it is clear what is included.
We agree the setup during scoping, including the platform, domain, hosting and third-party services the project needs. Any recurring costs and access requirements should be clear before the work starts.
