What shapes a quote
The important variables are the pages and features you need, how much design or content already exists, what systems need to connect, and the work required to prepare the existing setup.
We also consider review points, the launch plan and any ongoing support. Third-party platform, hosting and subscription costs are discussed separately where they apply, so you can see the full picture.
You receive a scope to review before committing to the project.
Useful to know
Share your priorities and any budget constraints in the first conversation. We can look at which parts matter most, whether a phased approach makes sense and what a realistic scope could include.
That can be a focused engagement: a page, a navigation issue, a performance improvement or one workflow. I do not assume that every problem needs a full rebuild.
New requirements are reviewed against the original scope. If they change the cost or timing, we agree the adjustment before that work begins.
