Wepairs.
A repair directory and booking flow that connects people with local device repair businesses across East London and Essex.

The context
From a broken screen to a booked repair.
A repair enquiry starts with a fault, not a product. Someone with a cracked screen needs to know which businesses nearby can fix it, roughly what it costs and how to book — without a phone call. The interface has to carry a large device catalogue, several stores and a booking flow while staying honest that each provider sets its own prices.
Inside the work
The details make the difference.
- 01
A repair catalogue organised by device, then brand, then fault — phones, tablets, laptops and consoles — so a search or a tap lands on the right page.
- 02
A four-step booking flow: choose the repair, pick a store and time, add your details and review, with prices shown as soon as the model is known.
- 03
Store pages with opening hours, services and public ratings, plus a booking tracker and business repairs route for trade customers.
- 04
Automatic translation into fourteen languages, with a clear notice about what is sent to the translation service.
